Experimental study of concrete by replacement of cement with polymer resin

Abstract Polymer concrete is produced by mixing a variety of mineral fillers with synthetic or natural resin binding agent which versatile, durable and composite material. The polymer that we made consists cement, coarse aggregate, fine water, resin. used Master EmacoSBR2. It styrene butadience copolymer latex liquid, milky white, from high pressure emulsion polymerization dispresive properties. replaces cement were 2.5Litre, 5Litre, 10Litre, 12.5 Litre for 50Kg cement. different mix proportions are compared the normal concrete. test results further studied effective percentage to be added in given.
